Catherine Redmond is a New York artist living and working in the Hudson Valley with her three Pyrenean Shepherds. After an undergraduate education at Cornell University and Harpur College, SUNY Binghamton, she spent five years at The Art Students League of New York. Since then Redmond has devoted herself to formal queries into the tensions and unexpected adhesions between the internal and the external psychic stage. “This is where it all plays out, all the dramas, all the dreams,” she acknowledges.
